Short of waving flags while playing, how do you do that?  
No small part of the power of Mozart's music came from his nonconformist personality, expressed throughout his life in various ways, not the least being his boundless (often gross) sense of humor.
This, in itself, is political.  Going with the accepted is apolitical; going against the grain an act of defiance.  
As a classical musician one has the option, always, with every note.
